SUMMARY:
Oversee the finance team, implement and maintain new policies and procedures

POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the job:

Oversee the finance team, implement and maintain new policies and procedures

Key Results Areas include:

Manage various accounting operations which will include Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Accounting
Managing and identifying any accounting and financial risks and offer timeously solutions
Coach, train and develop the finance team
Manage, prepare and supervise annual Audits
Manage and ensure all monthly reconciliations of balance sheets
Supporting the month end and year end close off process
Ensure all administrative and financial reports are updated
Ownership of the budgets and forecasting
Prepare and coordinate all regulatory reports
Implement any new policy and procedures

Minimum Requirement, Experience and Competencies:

Chartered Accountant
Strong hands on management experience
8 years plus experience
Project based environment exposure
