Position reports to : Area Manager

• Nail Technicians
• Beauty Therapists
Role Summary:
Responsible for employees and students to improve their skills and knowledge. Provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others. Ability to convey a message by a deep knowledge of nails and lashes. The goal is to promote efficiency and excellence by developing the skills of the employees and students
Essential functions and basic duties:
• Liaise with Managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
• Comprehensive knowledge about nails, lashes, equipment and products.
• Design effective training programs.
• Prepare educational material.
• Keep up to date with latest trends and techniques for nails and lashes.
• Monitor and schedule training requests.
• Conduct training for employees.
• Support and mentor new employees.
• Keep attendance and other records.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
• Monitor employees’ performances and responses to training.
• Ensure you read the Standard Operations Manual, have a thorough understanding of and adhere to rules and regulations
Qualifications/requirements:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Nail and Lash Technician.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a trainer.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching.

Working hours:
