Private non-acute and residential care facility situated in the Southern Suburbs is seeking a Nursing Manager to join their facility.
Key Responsibilities • Nursing /Frail Care management • Stock Management • Legislation and regulatory compliance • Staff Management & development • Sub-Acute facilities – Patient assessments, occupancy management. • Care at home programme
Requirements: • Registered Nurse + Administration + Management
• 5 years’ experience in a hospital and Frail care environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Administration skills
• Leadership
• Customer service excellence
• Problem solving and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of the private and public healthcare industry • Own Car • reside in southern suburbs
