SUMMARY:

To develop and build-upon a quality management framework that focuses on customer experience. To measure the current quality performance within the Network Operations Centre and relevant stakeholders, develop new and improve current systems and processes and provide training where needed in order to improve the overall quality.



POSITION INFO:
Job Description

  • Evaluate Call and Ticket quality
  • Create quality measurements to track improvement in services
  • Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
  • Adhere to industry quality standards
  • Ensure services meet customer expectations and demand
  • Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
  • Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to improve existing services
Job Skills
  • Professional Certification, such as ITIL, Quality Auditor (advantageous)
  • Microsoft Power BI (advantageous)
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Teams
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • 1 Year in Quality Evaluation
  • 1 Year working knowledge of service desks within Telecoms and Fibre industry
  • 1 Year in Data Capturing and Analysis
