- Restaurant group is looking for Head and Sous Chefs for various restaurants in Cape Town.
- The Head chef must have good leadership skills and be creative.
- Responsibilities include :
- Overseeing staff
- Assisting with menu development and costings
- Stock controls
- Stock takes
- Admin
- Rosters
Qualifications
Relevant Cookery diploma.
Skills
2-3 years experience in similar role within contemporary/modern style restaurant. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Serving min 80 pax per sitting. Accustomed to restaurant hours. Knowledge and experience of Asian cuisine will be beneficial.
