SUMMARY:
.NET Developer (Available Immediately) (Northern Suburbs, Cape Town) RNeg

POSITION INFO:

Urgently seeking a .NET Developer to build software using lanuages and technolgoies of the .NET framework. You will create applications form scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support. In this role you should be able to write functional code witha sharp eye for spotting defects.

Characteristics:

Responsibilities:

- Participate in requiremetns analysis

- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages

- Test and deploy applications and systems

- Revise, update, refactor and debug code

- Improve existing software

- Develop documentation througout the software development lifecylce (SDLC)

- Provide developer level support duties

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a .NET CORE developer

- Famil.iarity with the ASP.NET Framework, SQL Server and design / architectural patterns like Model-View-Controfller (MVC)

- Familiarity wtih micro services architecture is advantageous

- Knowledge of .NET languages, HTNL5/CSS, JavaScript is requires

- Knowledge of the following will be advantageous:

Swashbuckle
Diagnostics.HealthChecks
Nlog
EF Core

- Familiarity with designing, developing and implemetnations of API’s (REST)

- Understanding of Agile methodologies

- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

- Attention to detail

- BSC / BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is advantageous
