NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced NATIONAL SALES MANAGER for a large growing manufacturing national concern – position based Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Code 08 valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

English speaking (person must be able to speak, read and write English competently).

Bachelor''s degree in business or a related field is required.

Planning and implementing sales strategies.

Excellent customer relationship management skills.

Managing and directing a sales team.  Ability to lead a sale team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Dedication to providing great customer service.

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

Meeting planned sales goals.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

Ongoing training of sales team.

Developing sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.

Promoting the organization and products.

Understand ideal customers and how they relate to company products.
