POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum 2 Years Related Experience
• MS Office computer literacy required
• Must have driver’s license and own transport
• Clear credentials (Qualifications, Credit and Criminal record)
• Must reside in South Africa with valid RSA ID number/passport & driver’s

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

• Submitting all municipal accounts monthly for payment and confirming payment was made.
• Accurately summarizing municipal accounts in a spreadsheet
• Accurately processing entries on Nicor
• Download and save all municipal accounts monthly
• Make sure all municipal accounts are received
• Make sure all accounts are submitted for payment before due date
• Summarise all municipal accounts in excel
• Reconcile allocations and payments if “back billing” was done on the accounts
• Enquire about any anomalies – discuss with manager/portfolio manager
• Prepare payment requests
• Process municipals on MDA
• Submit accounts for payment
• Any ad hoc function

 Salary: R15 000 CTC
