Multimedia Designer (Graphic Design and Video Editing)

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who also possesses some video editing skills to join our Creative Team to help us drive our brand forward. The role involves an emphasis on digital design and its application to online marketing initiatives, competence in traditional print collateral

POSITION INFO:

You will leverage marketing insights to drive their creative process, assuring visual concepts effectively and efficiently support marketing campaigns, communicate strategic differentiators, and assert our brand value.

• Support the ideation and development of creative assets for digital and print campaigns including banner ads, web pages, emails, brochures, flyers, and swag
• Assure design continuity between digital and print experiences
• Assist Videographer with film editing as well as on days of shoots
• Strong color correction and grading skills
• Deliver exceptional designs that adhere to CI brand guidelines
• Professionally represent the marketing team when interfacing with other departments
• Pay close attention to details, ensuring projects are scoped and scaled to hit deadlines
• Be an awesome, creative, reliable, professional, positive, intelligent, and fun team member

• Degree in Graphic Design
• Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite for both design and video editing
• Prototyping skills using Sketch or InVision a plus
• Understand digital and print design as well as the basic functions of video editing
• Strong understanding of design principles (typography, composition, proportion, patterning, color theory, photo art direction, etc.)
• High attention to design detail
• Solid communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
• Be able to present and defend your thought process
