Multi Skilled Sales Consultant (Richardsbay)

POSITION INFO:

We’re recruiting a Consultant: Multi-skilled Sales to promote our Client’s product in the Richardsbay area and meet sales targets. The Client requires a self-starter with an outgoing personality who can communicate confidently on all levels. As this position involves travelling, a valid Driver’s Licence is essential.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

ØMarket product/services to both existing and prospective clients.

ØCanvass new business from a variety of sources, i.e. Corporate, Brokers and Dealers.

ØProvide policy/product information.

ØFollow up service on existing clients.

ØFollow through on queries.

ØSell product units according to targets set by management.

ØProvide client service to both existing and prospective clients.

ØAdministration of sales contracts.

ØComplete reports.

ØWork to set targets.

ØAttend to necessary administration.

Skills Experience and Education:

ØMatric with relevant tertiary qualification.

ØAccredited Sales training qualifications.

Ø2 Years sales experience in the insurance industry will be an advantage.

ØComputer literacy, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.

ØA proven track record in a service orientated sales environment.

ØProven sales track record.

ØValid Driver’s License.

ØExcellent communication and organizational skills.

ØExcellent negotiating and sales skills.

ØA self-starter.

ØGood business acumen.

ØAbility to work under pressure.

Remuneration:

ØMarket Related.

ØCompany car (depending on Branch).

ØNo commission.

ØCompany laptop & 3G.

ØCompany mobile.
