POSITION INFO:

OVERVIEW:

The objective is to provide a high level of visibility and support in order to increase sales volumes from the Insurance Broker and Motor Dealerships distribution channel. The area of responsibility will bePort Elizabeth and surrounding area.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (but not limited to): 

• Canvass new sales and service existing business partners in the Insurance Broker Market and Motor Dealerships
• Provide upskilling, product knowledge and procedures to business partners
• Attend to required administration and queries
• Achieve set monthly and yearly sales targets
• Submit required monthly / weekly reporting feedback
• Canvass new business partners and identify new business opportunities for company
• Attend after hour functions as and when required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (but not limited to):

• Matric with relevant tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing
• Experience in either the insurance or motor industry will be seen as advantageous
• Accredited Sales training qualifications
• B2B sales experience
• Minimum 3 Years in the field sale experience
• MS Office proficiency
• Proven sales track record
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent negotiating skills
• A motivated and driven self-starter
• Good business acumen
• Ability to work in a high performing environment
