Motorcycle Aftersales Consultant - Johannesburg North - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well established Dealership in Johannesburg North is looking for a experienced Motorcycle Aftersales Consultant to join their service department team.

Requirements:

Matric
Drivers license
Motorcycle Service Advisor / Aftersales Consultant experience (not negotiable)
Technical experience or qualification will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their motorcycle (WIP)
Ensure accurate warranty and motorcycle plan details on system
Update necessary motorcycle details
Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Full motorcycle handover process
Customer follow ups
Maintain a high CSI

Basic Salary Negotiable depending on experience
