SUMMARY:
Motor Vehicle Technician Intern - East Rand - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well established automotive dealership located in the East Rand of Johannesburg, is looking for a recently qualified Motor Vehicle Technician to join a 12-month workplace experience programme.

Requirements:

Suitable MERSETA - QCTO Motor / Diesel Trade Qualification
Computer literate
Suitable workplace experience would be advantageous
Valid driver’s licence
Own toolbox will be advantageous
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Duties (included but not limited to):

Perform repairs and maintenance on passenger and commercial vehicles
Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customer concerns
Provide accurate repair recommendations
Prepare relevant reports and job card write-up
Ensure quality standards are met
Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety

Salary: Negotiable Basic Salary
