Motor Vehicle Stock Controller - East Rand - Johannesburg

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A PreOwned Motor Vehicle Dealership based in East Rand - Jhb is looking for a Vehicle Stock Controller with experience in the Automotive Industry, who can handle high volumes.

This role will see you effectively maintain and control the availability of vehicle stock on 2 Dealership floors, to optimize potential sales.

Minimum Requirements:

Stock Controller experience in the Automotive Industry is required (not negotiable)
Computer literate with good Excel experience
Experience with working on Google Docs
Experience on Keyloop will be an advantage but not required
Valid Driver’s License is required in order to travel between the 2 Dealerships when required (company transport provided)
Must be energetic with the ability to handle pressure
Excellent attention to detail skills

Responsibilities:

Manual stock takes of all vehicles for 2 dealerships (+-300 vehicles)
Updating and maintaining of stock sheet every day
Monitor and control vehicles together with keys delivered to or released
Input accurate vehicle information into the system for each vehicle received and or released
Accurately account for all vehicles, match the checks to the information provided on the system : i.e. account number, Vehicle Identification number (VIN), make, model, year, mileage, colour, extras, etc.
Examining vehicles for any damages or service requirements
Managing supplier orders and payment requisitions
Updating vehicles service histories and mileage regularly
Ensure that vehicles on the dealership floor are kept clean and neatly displayed
Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
Provide continuous progress report feedback to the sales team and management

Salary: Highly negotiable salary package based on experience
