Monument Park, Pretoria: SENIOR LITIGATION SECRETARY (RAF)

Minimum Requirements:

-Well presentable female

-Afrikaans & English first and second languages, with good English proficiency (Afr & Eng client base)

-Minimum 5 years recent experience in High Court- and Magistrate’s Court Litigation at a law firm a must, specifically in Third Party Claims (on behalf or Plaintiff) and Personal Injury claims

-Good typing skills

-Computer literate in Lexpro

-Stable employment record

-Non smoker

-Contactable References

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Typing of High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation

-Typing and handling of Third Party Claims and Personal Injury claims

-Arranging medico-legal appointments for clients

-Drafting and typing of legal documents, notices and pleadings

-General secretarial duties

-General administrative duties

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
