Montana, Pretoria: SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Montana, Pretoria: SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (NEDBANK BONDS)

Minimum Requirements:

-Professional and presentable female

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-Tertiary Conveyancing training qualification

-Minimum 5 years recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm a must, specifically in Nedbank Bonds Registrations and Cancellations (Independently functional)

-Computer literate in E4, Web Convey and MS Office

-Punctual, trustworthy and career orientated

-Accurate typing skills and good telephone etiquette

-Stable employment record and contactable reference

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Drafting of Nedbank Bonds Registrations and Cancellations

-Liaison and correspondence with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms

-General related administration (opening of files, FICA documents, POPI requirements etc.)

-Receiving and assisting clients with signature of documents

-General conveyancing secretarial duties

Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 30 000.00 gross (Depending on experience)
