Monitoring and Evaluation Intern

Job Description -

Reporting to the Programme Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Researching on monitoring and evaluation studies.
• Contribute to designing M&E frameworks and plans for the companys programmes and projects.
• Generate and communicate reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible for capturing and analysing collected data.
• Analyze data in line with programme goals and outcomes.
• Assist with compiling M&E quarterly reports for all programmes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree preferably in Development Studies or the Social Sciences or Public Health (MSc) or Postgraduate Advanced Certificate in M&E, Statistics or Economics.
• Computer skills including competence in Microsoft Office (especially Excel pivot table) use of the internet, outlook, word, and PowerPoint. Database management and analysis using software packages.
• Ability to generate reports to meet the end-users needs.
• Good analytical capabilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Must have some understanding of local languages (i.e., Zulu, Sotho, Sepedi, Xhosa).
