We are looking for a Monitoring Agent with experience in server, networking, infrastructure and application support. The role requires someone who is comfortable to work rotational shifts.

Matric plus IT Degree/Diploma
Network or Server certification plus

Role Description:

The shift operator is responsible for delivering and supporting large scale network system, server, infrastructure, application, service and business activity monitoring daily.
This involves the support of the tools the customer uses to monitor their systems and applications.
