SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Monitoring Agent with experience in server, networking, infrastructure and application support. The role requires someone who is comfortable to work rotational shifts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:
  • Matric plus IT Degree/Diploma
  • Network or Server certification plus
Role Description:

  • The shift operator is responsible for delivering and supporting large scale network system, server, infrastructure, application, service and business activity monitoring daily.
  • This involves the support of the tools the customer uses to monitor their systems and applications.
