SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Mobilisation Consultant to join our growing team! The incumbent will be responsible for all international mobilisations of our permanently-placed candidates, specifically within the Middle East region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overview

Our Mobilisation team has a vital role in ensuring that high quality and standards are maintained when dealing with the mobilisation of candidates to our global client base. You will be dealing with both candidates and clients across a range of seniority levels. The work is complex and requires a logical mind and perceptive approach as well as a patient, can-do attitude with strict adherence to pre-defined timelines.

Managing the new starter induction process for candidates commencing assignments with your allocated clients. This includes handling all mobilisation procedures such as travel, visas, work permits, offshore training, medicals and accommodation. It will involve close liaison with clients and contractors as well as our internal account managers, recruitment consultants and finance/payroll team.
 
Duties:
  • Liaise with internal team, clients and candidates regarding offer acceptance and visa obtainment for candidate, and/or family members, and arrival packs, including tracking reports and raising concerns
  • Obtain and collate signed offer documentation and submit to client
  • Obtain and collate candidate (and where applicable, family) supporting and background documentation
  • Prepare and manage the processing of documentation for verification, attestation and ratification, as well as police clearance, marriage and birth certificates
  • Booking of medicals and visa appointments
  • Visa appointment attendance (where applicable) and submissions
  • Pre-departure orientation and documentation with candidates, and where necessary, family members.
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Reimbursements and invoicing requests
  • Addressing any candidate or client queries
  • Generate and issue quotations/proposals to new candidates and/or global clients
  • Grow, optimise and develop mobilisation department
   
Job Requirements
  • Demonstrate a professional level of written and verbal communication
  • Patience and diplomacy are essential
  • Be confident, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships quickly
  • Have superb organisational and administrative skills
  • Have a proven track record of a strong ability to prioritise
  • Have excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably previous experience of using databases)
  • Can work well under pressure, with a robust and resilient attitude to deal effectively with work demand
  • Have a committed, keen and hardworking attitude; able to organise oneself and deliver results
  • Be patient with a can-do attitude and a desire/ability to identify solutions.
  • Be of smart appearance
  • Academic qualifications aren't essential but having a degree (or equivalent) may give you an advantage over other applicants
  • Experience working in the Recruitment or Travel industry is advantageous
  • Experience dealing with Middle East clients and mobilisations is advantageous
