Mobile Sales Co-Ordinators (Witbank)
POSITION INFO:
Key Performance Areas:
vAttend customer sites / premises and deliver sales and service as per the customer’s Service Level Agreements to meet agreed annual sales plan.
vDevelop business plans with reporting line manager to meet and improve customer base and sales and grow market share.
vMust maintain current customer base and increase the sales with incremental business at existing as well as new customers.
vManage the activities of the service Van on a daily basis to ensure that financial and administrative standards and procedures are met.
vManage the stock and assets of the service Van on a daily basis to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and to eliminate stock losses.
vComplete all job cards / fleet inspections and associated paperwork on a daily basis on mobile device/laptop, to comply with company standards.
vGood understanding of customer services and ability to reduce customers total cost of ownership, by utilising strong entrepreneurial skills.
vManage self to improve personal effectiveness and profitability of Van.
Skills and Experience Required:
vStrong entrepreneurial skills.
vStrong compliance, integrity and ethical behaviour at all times.
vEffective interpersonal, selling, negotiation and communication skills at management level.
vA minimum of 2 years external sales representative experience (cold calling) in the commercial tyre industry.
vA minimum of 2 years commercial/truck tyre knowledge/experience.
vA minimum of 2 years mounting/demounting and services knowledge and experience.
vSound working knowledge of Admin systems, particularly Computer systems.
vAbility to work independently as a self- starter and entrepreneur within the team.
Qualification Required:
vMatric (Grade 12) and Valid Code 10 Driver’s Licence plus valid PDP.
vPreference will be given to previously disadvantaged candidates.
vPreference will be given to candidates willing to be relocated.
vPreference will be given to candidates with own reliable transport.
