Mine Mechanical Engineering Foreman (Sect 13 Fitter), Brits, Rneg + Ben

• Certified trade test certificate (Section 13) FITTER or Section 26D with a 2-year learnership program.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point).
• At least 5 years related industry experience. (As a foreman- advantageous)
• Plant experience will be an advantage.
• Code 8 drivers license and own transport.
• Good administration and housekeeping skills are essential.
• Stay in close proximity of Brits area or be prepared to relocate.
• Prepared to be on standby.
• Be responsible for managing all plant equipment.
• Planning and scheduling preventative- and planned maintenance.
• Ensures adherence to all Mine Health and Safety Act regulations.
• Management of all critical and consumable spares.
• Capturing of breakdown data and updating of equipment history records.
• Capture and monitor the Maintenance Team’s KPI’s.
• Improve plant availability and running times.
• Controlling maintenance costs.
