SUMMARY:
Our client, a market leader in the FMCG and packaging sector, seeks to employ a qualified and experienced Maintenance Technician/ Millwright, to join their fast paced maintenance team.
Please note that only candidates who have a trade test as Millwright or Electrician with solid mechanical competencies, coupled with experience in the packaging, FMCG or manufacturing sector will be considered.

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION
- You will have completed a trade test as a Millwright or Electrician with proven mechanical competencies, as well as N6 or a National Diploma in Engineering studies, coupled with at least 3-5 years experience in plant and utilities maintenance of equipment within the plant
- In addition, you will have proven experience in both mechanical and electrical fault finding, repairs, preventative maintenance and breakdown prioritising on high speed manufacturing and/or print equipment.
- You will have proven experience in optimizing equipment, continuously improve processes, reduce downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
- You will be a team player, communicate effectively and be able to interpret technical drawings
- You will be a team player, self motivated, organised and creative, with a strong customer focus and have good communication skills.
