SUMMARY:
My client, based in Vereeniging, has an excellent opportunity for a Crusher Plant Tilewright. Exceptional mechanical skills and basic electric skills. Experienced in managing large Crusher equipment a bonus. Min 8 years experience as qualified Millwright

POSITION INFO:

We have an opportunity for a Crusher Plant Tilewright with my client in Vereeniging.

Scope: The incumbent will be responsible to assist in driving & leading the crusher plant operations — maintenance & process.

Responsibilities:

Ensure excellent quality crushed clay is supplied at all times.
Assist to manage & drive the crusher plant team.
Preventive Maintenance of equipment where required.
Plan & manage tasks from Job cards and Inspections.
Ensure Corrective Maintenance are done Timeously.
Purchasing and ensuring critical Spares are in place and within budget.
Being able to communicate effectively and have good interpersonal skills.
Have the ability to develop and implement systems to control the process.
Have a hands-on approach and pride in work performed.
Training of Process controllers.
Skill Transfer.
Housekeeping, Health and Safety.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

Must be strong Mechanically with basic electric skills — Previous experience managing large Crusher equipment a big bonus!!
Minimum of 8 years'' experience as a qualified Millwright.
Experience managing/driving people & teams
