What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Plastics Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

*  Electro/Mechanical Maintenance of injection moulding machines

*  Injection Moulding Machine Inspections

*  Cleaning and Lubricating Machines

*  PLC Configuration and Repairs

*  Keeping Reports on the Maintenance of Each Machine

Key Job Deliverables:

*  Maximise Equipment Uptime

*  Resolve Breakdowns Speedily

*  Root Cause Analysis on Complex Faults

Background work experience:

*  5 years Millwright on Injection Moulding Machines

*  5 years Electro/Mechanical Maintenance

*  5 years Hydraulics/Pneumatics Maintenance

*  2 years PLC Maintenance + Basic _Programming

*  Trade Test Millwright

*  Millwright - Deep expert on Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance

*  Qualified millwright who can maintain injection moulding machines

*  Maintenance of electro mechanicals such as motors, gear boxes, bearings etc...

*  Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems such as injection molding machines, spray painters

*  Maintenance of PLCs, fault diagnostics, minor program changes

*  Advantageous: Advantageous: Robotics Exposure (Six Axis)

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R216K to R420K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
