Global food manufacturing company offers exciting opportunity to be part of expansion project. You will be responsible for Safety & Equipment integrity as well as the maintenance, repair and optimization of the plant and all associated equipment.

Asset Care
Preventative Maintenance
Works within defined HSE standards
Attends to repairs and breakdowns
Support the production teams
Operate equipment
Problem Solving in line with 5Y methodology
Quality & Cost
Job card completion
OEE targets maintained; time to fix reduced

QUALIFICATIONS

Trade Test Qualification – Mechanical/Electrical/Millwright. N6 Preferrable
Experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment in dry or wet extrusion plant.
Technical proficiency across asset lifecycle design, installation, commissioning, and plant operation.
Good working understanding of electrical and mechanical principles that support equipment operations.
Good understanding of quality assurance principles, standard requirements and the set of processes and activities used for measuring, controlling and ensuring the quality of products and processes.
Strong aptitude for dealing with ambiguity, managing multiple projects, and balancing competing priorities.
Passionate about plant-based food.
Strong work ethic and decision-making capabilities.
Strong communication, collaboration, and delegation skills. Ability to motivate and inspire people.
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
