SUMMARY:
Exciting new opportunity as Millwright with pump experience

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Operate Test Field from installation of pumps and motors, to electrical connection a running pump performance tests in accordance with company policies and procedures
Installation of pumps and motors for testing
Electrical connections of starters and motors
Run performance, NPSH and endurance tests on electrical as well as Diesel driven sets
Record vibration and temperature readings during tests
Analyse test results and identify concerns
Strip rework and reassemble pump sets to solve problems
General maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in test field
Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures, as well as carry your duties in a manner which conforms to current Health and Safety legislation, upholding the company’s Health and Safety Policy
Assist fellow employees with daily functions as and when required
Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time

Qualifications:

• Qualified Artisan

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 Years'' experience in installing, connect, commission, repair and maintenance on plant rotating equipment
Computer Literate
Prior experience with vibration monitoring and analyse would be advantageous
