JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Millwright to join our dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities

The main duties include inter alia the following: -
  • Maintenance and repair of electrical articulation.
  • Check & repair of HT, LT switchgear & Air conditioning.
  • Electrical and Mechanical repairs to platting equipment, automated Presses, injection moulding machines and related production machines.
  • Installation and repairing of machinery according to the SABS standards and regulations and the OHASA.
  • Check, and repair as determined by Maintenance Manager / Forman UPS, LV powered machinery and related switchgear, emergency generator, earth leakage equipment and portable equipment.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric or equivalent N3 Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Trade: Millwright
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a qualified Millwright
  • Advance knowledge of PLC’s, hydraulics and pneumatics required
