SUMMARY:
Company based in KZN is seeking a qualified miller to take up the responsibilities of the milling processes within the production department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Compiling mill grist & controlling product quality parameters
Controlling the wheat intake & milling processes
Controlling raw material & finished stock levels and rotation
Ensuring safety, health, hygiene & pest control
Optimising people, mill, machinery and equipment

Requirements:

5 years experience required in a milling environment (practical and theory)
Qualification in Advanced Milling
Knowledge of the OHSAct
Strong technical ability to resolve complexed problems
Must be willing to relocate if not based in Durban
