POSITION INFO:
My client, a leader in innovative IT solutions, is recruiting a Test Analyst to join their team in delivering high-quality payment applications and supporting software for global supply chains. The role focuses on ensuring products meet functional and non-functional requirements through manual and automated testing. Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, designing and executing test scripts, and maintaining a production-representative test environment. The Test Analyst will collaborate with developers, product owners, and business units to prioritize test conditions, verify compliance with industry standards, and provide detailed defect reporting. The position involves contributing to Agile sprints, participating in design reviews, and driving continuous improvement in testing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work on scalable projects impacting critical supply chains, within a team of approximately 10-15 professionals in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in manual and automated test script design and execution
Experience with test planning, test case development, and defect trend analysis
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, SoapUI, or Postman
Knowledge of SQL for querying databases and understanding structures
Experience in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and sprint-based delivery
Understanding of functional, non-functional, and integration testing
Ability to analyze requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
Familiarity with industry protocols and security standards (preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Test Analyst role (mid-level preferred)
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent prior learning. Certified Test Analyst (e.g., ISTQB) preferred.
