My client in the mining sector is looking to fill in a role of a Mid-Level IT Project Manager

Contract duration: 11 months

Context

Project Manager with proven experience in ITIL and related processes related projects.

The candidate needs to have extensive knowledge of all ITIL processes, as well as technical knowledge of ServiceNow or related ITSM tools. The candidate needs to be able to communicate very effectively on all levels, and work on defining processes and identify gaps/overlaps and possible interdependencies on various technical SNOW projects

Specific qualification

Project management qualification (preferably PRINCE2)

Experience

6 years
