SUMMARY:
Jnr Merchandise Admin Assistant (JNB)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and maintain Buy Plans
  • Process all Sales Orders/Picking Slips and follow up on all PO’s from Accounts. 
  • Create presentations, trend, store visits and story board proposals
  • Set up all spreadsheets and Trello Cards
  • Follow up with QA on PP & BP samples
  • Follow up with factories and time lines
  • Printing and sending of orders to suppliers and tracking their progress
  • Tracking of samples for developments
  • Send samples to customers
  • Assisting Merchandiser with every day administrative tasks
  • Preparing monthly product analysis
