Jnr Merchandise Admin Assistant (JNB)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage and maintain Buy Plans
Process all Sales Orders/Picking Slips and follow up on all PO’s from Accounts.
Create presentations, trend, store visits and story board proposals
Set up all spreadsheets and Trello Cards
Follow up with QA on PP & BP samples
Follow up with factories and time lines
Printing and sending of orders to suppliers and tracking their progress
Tracking of samples for developments
Send samples to customers
Assisting Merchandiser with every day administrative tasks
Preparing monthly product analysis
