POSITION INFO:
Reputable corporate within the insurance sector urgently seeks to employ 5 Membership Consultants.
The Membership Consultant is required to introduce the company’s product and turn an interest in a product into a commitment to purchase it. To interact with potential clients and close sales with clients. Be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets across various products and campaigns.
Sales
· Conduct outbound calls to market products
· Sell product to a wide range of clients using a wide variety of products
· To achieve set objectives and targets
· Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
· Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality
· Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically
· Attention to detail
· Maintain and develop professional selling skills
Quality Assurance
· Achieve 70% accuracy on quality
Active Time / Dial Time
· Achieve minimum 5 hrs talk time
Sales Conversions
· Ensure the respective sales to leads conversion set is achieved.
Reporting
· Daily report for sales achieved.
Other Requirements
· Criminal and Credit Check Clear
· Must have proven track record within outbound tele sales environment
· Reliable transport
