Membership Application Administrator (EPR) - Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

R 10 000 – R 12 000 Per Month Negotiable on Qualification and Experience 

6 MONTH CONTRACT – Start Immediately!

Our client, an established Waste Management concern is search of a Membership Administrator to manage the client’s membership portfolio.

One would describe you as a customer centric individual who possess strong administration and organisational skills.  You have the ability to prioritise work, to work well under pressure and to meet set deadlines.

Reporting directly to the Business Manager you will be the main contact for all prospective members as well as be responsible for a smooth membership application and administration process with a focus on the Final published Gazetted section 18 Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Regulation.


Key Deliverables:

Administrative

  • Respond to all membership enquiries (telephone, email)
  • Inform the prospective members of legislative requirements and membership application process, membership administration, updating the database/s
  • Processing membership applications and renewals, responding to incoming enquiries, providing confirmation and supporting correspondence to members
  • Tracking membership application advancement and the status of the membership application
  • Contact and follow-up on all leads / Follow-up on all outstanding applications
  • Submit weekly reports as required by the Business Manager and CEO
  • Distribute membership information packs, emails in line with Brand Manager requirements 
  • Collate membership contracts
  • Ensure document management is handled against the strictest governance requirements
  • Provide the required information to the marketing department


Qualifications Needed:
Matric is essential with relevant Administration / related qualification advantageous

  • Stakeholder engagement experience essential (experience gained in high level management engagement)
  • Fluency in Afrikaans with strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Minimum 5 Years Administration experience gained ideally within the legal and / or related industry is advantageous!
  • Knowledge of waste management legislation will be a big +!
  • Tech savvy with solid and proven computer literacy with Microsoft Office required 
  • CRM experience beneficial
  • Own transport required
