SUMMARY:
Contract position for a membership administrator in the Healthcare Insurance space.
POSITION INFO:
Responsibility:-
• Reconcile employee listings to Neo using Excel
• Update membership on NEO from Listings
• Load new applications on NEO
• Terminations, changes updates on NEO
• Create Client statements of accounts and email to Groups monthly
• Respond to customer queries timeously
• Promote and practice Customer 1st principles
• Liaise with external payroll departments
• Any other duties as assigned by the company from time to time
Qualifications: -
• Matric
• Relevant FAIS qualification or significant progress
• Customer Service Training
Skills and Experience:
• At least 3 years work experience
• Pays attention to detail and strives to be accurate always
• Ability to work in a team
• Client focused
• Strong administration skills
• Good telephone etiquette
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Deadline driven and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Problem solving mindset
• Emotionally mature
• Computer literate – MS Office
