JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Quality Control

Site Inspections and meetings

Design HVAC, West services, and Fire

Calculations

Service coordination

Checking of drawings

Report writing

Cost control (budgets, BOQ’s, VO’s, PVC’s, etc.


Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4+ Years’ experience in HVAC Design, West Services and Fire

Revit experience

Minimum 3+ Years’ experience in Consulting business mechanical building services design

Project management skills

Communication skills

Design and Autocad

Contracts Experience on (FIDIC, NEC & GCC)


Qualification:

BENg/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering


Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
