POSITION INFO:

A medical practice in Midrand is seeking a qualified medical secretary. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. We require applicants with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relations and administration within the medical industry. Knowledge of medical aid claims submission is essential, and the ability to work under pressure is a must. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing administrative processes and organizing the day-to-day operations of the office. Proficiency in computer literacy, including practice management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, is required. Familiarity with EMD is necessary, and the candidate will be expected to manage authorizations. We are seeking a candidate with excellent references and their own transportation.
