REQUIREMENTS:

Matric, relevant qualifications highly advantageous

Reception and administration experience

Well-groomed and very articulate

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Proficient in MS Word and Excel

DUTIES:

Handling a small switchboard professionally

First point of contact to all clients and suppliers

Manage all bookings

Dealing with telephonic and email queries

Liaise with patients professionally

Solve any problems that arise

Dealing with patient queries

Manage the filing systems

Continually supply excellent customer service

Salary:   R8000 – 9500 dependent on experience
