We require an exceptionally well-groomed individual, well-spoken in both English and Afrikaans to fill this role with their bubbly and friendly attitude?
POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric, relevant qualifications highly advantageous
Reception and administration experience, Medical reception highly advantageous
Well-groomed and very articulate
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
DUTIES:
Handling a small switchboard professionally
Welcoming and being the first point of contact for patients and their children
Manage all appointment bookings
Dealing calmly with patients in a professional manner
Complete general administration tasks required by the Doctor
Managing patient queries, face to face, telephonic and email
Professional liaison with patients
Managing any problems that arise
Manage the filing systems
Multi-task all tasks required at a Medical Reception
Salary: R8000 – 9000 dependent on experience
