Medical Receptionist

SUMMARY:
Medical practice in Bloemfontein requires the services of a Receptionist to assume duties on 2 August 2021.

Previous medical experience is NOT a requirement.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

* Matric
* Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English 
* Minimum 5 years reception experience

Duties will include:

* Answering telephone
* Making appointments
* Receiving patients
* Admin duties (including opening of patient files, etc)
* Taking of scripts to pharmacy and collection thereof
* Ensuring that Covid protocols are adhered to
* Sanitising / cleaning of practice between appointments
* Etc
