R14 000 – R17 000

Medical affiliate company requires an experienced Coordinator with the skills to coordinate the diaries of Medical Specialists. Excellent communication and persuasive skills are essential.

Requirements:

Completed grade 12

2 + years admin OR sales experience (specific to the medical sector would be preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail as well as organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Calling surgeons to arrange for surgeries

Coordinate the diaries of anesthesiologists and Specialist Surgeons

Be on call outside of business hours for emergency procedures

Build excellent relations with all Doctors and internal team

Process the relevant paperwork to follow the proper approval processes

General administration
