Tertiary qualification Business Management/Business Administration/Business Analysis
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Good negotiation skills
Minimum of 3 years in a client relationship management
Minimum of 3 years in a medical aid administration and understanding the closed models adv
Build and maintain sound relationships
Report writing & presentation skills (essential)
MS office knowledge
Sound administrative skills
Attend Scheme engagements nationally
Valid driver''s licence and a reliable own vehicle
Medical Scheme regulatory / legislative environment
Medical Scheme Act expertise
