Medical Dictaphone Typist

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a medical radiology Dictaphone typist with the following skills and qualifications:

• must have passed grade 12 exams with high class English (all our reports are typed in English).

English as her first language would be preferable.

• Typing speed of at least 60 wpm.

Â

• must be able to type via Dictaphone.

Â

• must preferably previously have worked in a medical environment.

Â

• must be computer literate (broad knowledge of Microsoft Office).

Â

• Â Her duties will include the billing and sending of claims to medical aids.

Â

• A healthy individual with own transport.

Â

• The person must be well presented and she must be a team player and get well along with her colleagues.

Â

• She must also be able to work on her own under pressure.

Â

• She must be able to communicate telephonically with other doctors and hospital staff enquiring about patients.

Â

Working hours 08:00 – 17:00 (one Saturday every 4 weeks 08:00 – 12:00). Our retirement age is 60.
