Medical Centre Manager

SUMMARY:
To undertake the day-to-day management of the centre, building maintenance, patients, customers, and team members

POSITION INFO:
Critical performance areas:

• Evaluate and manage work activities of all administrative, nursing, cleaning, gardening and patient facing staff.
• Assist, support and guide Team Leader.
• Maintain computerised record management systems (medical software) to store and process data such as patient information.
• Daily banking, statistics and reports.
• Assist in establishing work schedules, tasks and rosters for staff.
• Maintain effective communication between professionals, staff and patients.
• Maintain and ensure excellent working condition at the health centre.
• Monitor and supervise work done by service providers to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadline dates, compliance as well as to correct errors or resolve
• Investigate and resolve patient complaints by following due process regarding the company’s internal processes.
• Manage and resolve all staffing issues, including recruitment, performance evaluations and discipline related concerns, as well as monitor the progress
• Ensure that all maintenance and other contractor duties/work is reported to the relevant platforms.
• Investigate and facilitate disciplinary enquiries.
• Train and orientate new staff.
• Adhere to and ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures is
• Assist in conducting regular inspections of the centre and centre premises.

• Relevant degree/diploma in business management
• 5 years' management experience
• GoodX experience will be an added advantage
• Computer literacy (MS Packages, PaySpace)
• Healthcare industry experience will be an advantage
• Drivers licence and own transport.
