SUMMARY:
Do you have Sales experience in media, radio or advertising? Our client requires your creative and structured ability to sell solution advertising to a wide range of business clients. This is your opportunity to enjoy a creative vibe and learn from the experts in this field.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, own vehicle and driver''s license

Min 3 – 5 years advertising/media sales experience essential

Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans

Strong sales & persuasive ability with excellent negotiation skills

Excellent presentation skills

Computer literate -Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, CRM software

Good initiative and drive to succeed with high energy levels

Ability to work well in a team environment

DUTIES

Manage and service a portfolio of direct advertising clients

Generate sales through existing and cold calling ensuring targets are achieved

Grow sales by pitching client in an effective solution based manner

Carry out duties requested by the Sales Manager

Prepare and present sales proposals and presentation to new and existing clients

Negotiating and closing of deals

Create tailored solutions to meet the clients short & long term needs

Identify and generate new business opportunities on an ongoing basis achieving sales targets

Cold Calling strategy to bring in new

Build sound working relationships with clients to grow and monitor business

Report on sales activities and achievements – weekly and monthly

Provide professional and exceptional client service with all interactions with clients

Maintain a high level of industry knowledge

Keep abreast of all administrative and sales support duties

Carry out any reasonable request relating to direct sales which may include after-hours work

Salary: R20k, plus fuel plus Commission dependent on experience
