Requirements:

DMR or MQA Blasting Certificate
Recognized Shift Supervisor certificate
3+ years’ experience in a trackless underground mining environment
Good track record of safety and production in a TMM environment

KPAs:

Safe achievement of production targets in line with quality standards and targets
The planning and controlling of the crew
Supervising and inspecting completed work
Complying with the health and safety policy and practices of the company
