Mechanical Workshop - Foreman

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agri-Processing Industry, has an EE opportunity for a Foreman available in the Mechanical Workshop to be based in the Empangeni, KZN area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Grade 12, N6 and relevant Trade Test Certificate.
• 5 - 10 years post apprenticeship with mechanical experience in heavy industry
• Strong leadership skills, excellent technical, Team driven and safety conscious.

KPAs:

• Maintain all machines in good conditions.
• Provide workshop and tool services to other departments.
• Assist Factory department to operate efficiently mechanically.
• Ensure that staff, including apprentices are adequately trained.
