SUMMARY:
Opportunity to further your career in senior management whilst being mentored by the industry leaders. Join the Projects Division and be involved in design and supply of refrigeration and cooling systems.

POSITION INFO:

Be involved in the design and costing of refrigeration systems

Design calculations and equipment selection

Full cycle project management including managing of contracts and service-related jobs

Detailed planning and procurement of materials and resources

Monitor quality of work done by subcontractors

Project close out administration and invoicing on relevant deadlines

Run projects successfully within budget and on time

Travel nationally and internationally on short notice

Willing to work overtime and on weekend if required

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in engineering and project management environment

Understanding of Thermal Dynamics

Strong mechanical ability and understanding of refrigeration or HVAC systems

Able to work with various different people and cultures’

Communicate effectively with clients from different backgrounds

Managing sub-contractors and suppliers

Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams

Self-driven and passionate about project management

Computer literate (SAP, MS Project, Excel etc.)

Qualification:

BSc/BEng/BTech/NDip in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
