Mechanical Project Engineer

SUMMARY:
Do you have experience within a Mining or Industrial Consulting Engineering environment on design and construction projects? Work for a market leading EPC Consulting Engineering company who design and build projects across Africa and Internationally through all phases while having the chance to travel and be rewarded as the company excel.

POSITION INFO:

Planning and Design of ventilation and refrigeration for mining and industrial projects

Piping Design

Heat Load Calculations as well thermal engineering

Cost estimation, tendering and vendor selection

Contract and Project management

Specification and commissioning of equipment

Carry out site inspections and managing sub-contractors

Providing expertise to clients in Africa and Internationally

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4-8 Years’ experience designing and construction for within mining and industrial projects

Experience with contract documentation such as FIDIC/NEC/GCC

Experience with mining construction sites’ requirements and regulations

Experience in HVAC/thermal engineering (Advantageous)

Qualification:

BSc/BEng/BTech Mechanical Engineering

PREng/PRTech (Advantageous)
