Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities will include:

• Required to effectively manage the mechanical team, and accountable for the adherence of:
• Health and safety as per the OSHACT
• Environmental Act
• Cost and contract management
• Sound Engineering practices (planned and preventative maintenance)
• Policies and Procedures
• People, Spares and Project management

 

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• BSc / B Eng / B Tech Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years ‘experience
• 2 years ‘experience in people management
• GCC and Management Diploma (advantageous)
• Legal compliance certification with reference to OSHACT
• Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Advanced Mechanical Equipment / Machinery knowledge (required)
