With over 40 years of experience my clients based in Krugersdorp is experts in precision engineering. Their main function is the production of high precision components wear parts for industries in the mining sector. They are looking to employ a Mechanical Engineer with over 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing environment. Your main function will be to drive and maintain the quality standards in order to ensure compliance to ISO standards and the OHS act.

Education:

BEng Mechanical Engineer

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3 years’ experience in a metal / equipment manufacturing environment focused in the maintenance of quality standards.
Metallurgical experience / heat treatment requirements / metal stress or fatigue analysis and report writing, failure analysis and report writing.
Ability to read drawings.
Understanding of machining processes.
Ability to determine fits / tolerances.
